FLOWER FARMING COURSES
Online Courses
Paula works with Carol Siddorn and Claire Brown to write and deliver online courses through their partnership ‘The Business of Selling Flowers’. These courses, plus lots more are available at www.thebusinessofsellingflowers.com
Introduction to Flower Farming
IF YOU WANT TO TURN YOUR GROWING INTO FARMING, GO FROM HOBBY TO BUSINESS, OR GARDENER TO FLOWER FARMER, THIS IS THE COURSE FOR YOU!
Claire Brown, Carol Siddorn and Paula Baxter are all artisan flower farmers in the UK. When they first started growing for profit, they worked it out for themselves, there wasn’t a course to help them start out. They made mistakes, learned the hard way and now look at those early errors with amazement.
By working together, and from their experience of helping lots of other beginner flower farmers to get started, they’ve created a course to help turn your garden flower growing into a flower farming career, with the path ahead clear and the information and inspiration laid out in an easy to access format.
The Business of Growing Flowers
WHEN YOU GROW FLOWERS FOR A LIVING, YOU NEED TO MAKE THE BEST USE OF ALL YOUR RESOURCES, USE EVERY SCRAP OF INFORMATION THAT YOU CAN GET TO MAKE YOU AS PRODUCTIVE, INNOVATIVE AND PROFITABLE AS YOU CAN.
The Business of Growing Flowers online course comes in a series of 10 modules designed to be released during the quieter months of the year. It is a prefect way to invigorate, inspire and enlighten you, to set you up for the coming season.
Claire Brown, Carol Siddorn and Paula Baxter are all artisan flower farmers in the UK. Through lots of trial and error, plenty of hard work, and sharing information between themselves, they have worked out how to make their businesses in different parts of the country work productively and profitably for them, and their customers.
The course runs September to March each year
