I’ve always loved lupins, and they’re fantastic cut flowers. I’ve saved seed and selected my own mix over the years. This is the warm colours selection, so it includes reds, oranges, pinks, burgundies, and all the shades in between. They’re sometimes bi-coloured, otherwise a single colour. I prefer a spike with looser flowers, rather than very dense columns so I’ve selected for those features. The insects do the pollinating though, so they’ll be a fantastic surprise!
